    Compliance with Standards

The Company signs procurement contracts and the Supplier Code of Conduct with all suppliers, and manages them across six key dimensions—quality, delivery, cost, occupational safety, environmental performance, and forced labor. Regular assessments are conducted to ensure that the supply chain remains compliant, stable, and sustainably responsible

    Risk Assessment

New supplier evaluation is a critical component of the Company's supply chain management. We identify key and high-risk suppliers through ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risk assessments and require compliance with ISO management systems and WIN's internal codes to build long-term and efficient partnerships while advancing sustainability objectives. This includes: Environmental—ISO 14001, Social—ISO 45001 and the Forced Labor Due Diligence Compliance Guidelines, and Governance—ISO 9001.

    Audit and Verification

The Company conducts supplier management in accordance with the “Supplier Management Procedure,” the “Supplier Quality Management Work Instruction,” and the “Forced Labor Due Diligence Compliance Guidelines.” Domestic suppliers are audited on-site by the Company, while overseas suppliers are audited either directly by the Company or through qualified third-party auditors. For overseas suppliers, compliance may also be verified through questionnaires and documentation reviews.

    Continuous Improvement

The Company carries out audits and provides corrective guidance in accordance with the “Supplier Management Procedure.” During the audit process, improvement recommendations are provided and an audit report is issued, requiring suppliers to complete corrective actions and submit supporting evidence within a specified timeframe. If the same supplier fails to meet the required standards for two consecutive audits, the Company will reduce the transaction volume based on the supplier’s risk level and, when necessary, terminate the business relationship.
