Regulatory Audit

Our dual-track compliance mechanism includes an annual regulatory conformity assessment and quarterly reviews of newly issued or revised environmental laws. We evaluate relevance to plant operations and verify whether changes in products, activities, or services affects applicable regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing complaints.

Establishing Objectives, Targets, and Management Programs

We identify EHS risks and opportunities through our operational processes, taking into account our organizational context, significant environmental aspects, and regulatory nonconformities. These findings guide the setting of EHS objectives and action plans to drive continuous improvement.

Occupational Safety and Health Operational Management Measures

Safety Operating Procedures

WIN implements risk-oriented Safety Operating Procedures for all tasks, including SOPs, safety instructions, and permit-to-work controls for high-risk activities such as work at heights, confined spaces, and hot work. Training, certification, and audits ensure proper execution, with procedures updated as regulations or equipment change.

Chemical management follows full regulatory compliance, including complete SDSs, proper labeling, compliant storage, leak prevention, ventilation, fire protection, and segregation. Employees receive required PPE and mandatory training, while hazard assessments and emergency response procedures are in place for chemical-related changes or incidents.

Health Protection and Management

WIN provides multi-level health management, including health exams beyond legal requirements, medical follow-ups, job adjustments, maternity protection, overwork prevention, ergonomics, workplace violence prevention, and programs for middle-aged employees. A nurse visits the site regularly, and first-aid personnel and medical kits are in place. Health seminars support overall wellness, and in 2024 the Company recorded zero occupational illness cases.

Education, Training,  and Competence Development

WIN has established a structured OSH training system to build safety awareness and professional skills. In 2024, 1,056 employees completed 2,515 training hours across statutory courses, technical skills, emergency response, first aid, and safety culture programs.
Training performance is assessed through tests and practical evaluations, with additional training provided if standards are not met. Records are retained for ongoing competence development.

Contractor Safety Management

WIN treats contractors as part of its operational ecosystem and includes them in the OSH management process. Contractors must pass safety capability reviews, sign safety commitments, and provide training records before entering the site.

Safety orientation is required, and high-risk work follows a permit-to-work system. Safety inspections are performed during operations, with immediate correction or suspension for violations. Post-work evaluations affect future contracting.
Long-term on-site contractors must complete health exams and participate in drills, and all contractor personnel must meet legal health examination requirements and submit health commitment forms.
